Refund policy

At Charmed Rose, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade bracelets. Because each piece is custom-made to order, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds. Please review our policy below before making your purchase.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we DO NOT offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
  • Misspelled name on bracelet due to typos when placing order. 
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
  • No refunds or replacements will be provided for undelivered items due to the wrong address being entered during the checkout process.  
  • We do not offer exchanges for different products, you may however exchange for a different size of the same product.
  • Lost, missing, or stolen products. 

Accepted Returns/ Exchanges:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Item arrives damaged or defective
  • Missing/ incorrect product was delivered.

 

In Order to Be Eligible for a Return/ Exchange:

  • You must notify us with your reason for return/ exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The bracelet must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Please Follow These Steps to Request a Return/ Exchange:

1. Email our customer service team at charmedroseandco@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery date with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return/ exchange 
  • List the item(s) wanting to be returned/ exchanged
  • Provide images if applicable

2.  Allow 24-48 hours for our customer service team to confirm eligibility for return/ exchange. We will provide you with further instructions at that time. 

 

30 Day Warranty: Free Repairs/ Replacements Up to 30 Days from Date Delivered. 

Here at Charmed Rose, we’re not satisfied unless you are happy and in love with your new piece of jewelry. Each and every bracelet is handmade with the utmost love, care, and detail, using high quality materials. However, by human design, mistakes do happen and we are more than happy to correct those mistakes at no cost to you!

Covered Under 30 Day Warranty:

  • Bead wire breaking or coming loose
  • Broken/ faulty chain or clasp
  • Missing or chipped beads

NOT Covered Under 30 Day Warranty:

  • Broken Bracelets from rough play or misuse (being torn/ pulled off)
  • Damage from being left in washing/ drying machine.
  • Damage/ tarnishing from direct contact with harsh chemicals.
  • Lost or stolen bracelet(s)

 

Return Process for Damaged Items:

To initiate a return for a damaged bracelet, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at charmedroseandco@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery date with your order number, brief explanation as to what happened, and photos of the damaged item.

2.  Allow 24-48 hours for our customer service team to confirm eligibility for return/ exchange. We will provide you with further instructions at that time. 

3. Upon receiving the damaged item, we will send a replacement within 3- 5 business days at no additional cost to you.
