All Charmed Rose bracelets are handmade to order, ensuring each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we require 1-3 business days to process and prepare your order before it is shipped.

2. Shipping Time and Options

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped using our standard shipping option, which typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery. Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary depending on location, holidays, and other factors outside our control.

3. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your package’s journey to your delivery address.

4. Shipping Regions

We currently only offer shipping within the United States. 

5. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and chosen shipping option. Any applicable fees will be displayed before completing your purchase.

6. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

While we aim to meet our estimated processing and shipping timelines, please note that occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather conditions, carrier delays, or holiday shipping demand). Charmed Rose is not responsible for such delays, but we will keep you informed if we become aware of any significant delays that may impact your order.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Charmed Rose is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize there is an error after placing your order, contact us promptly, and we will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
